2. What do
I receive once I sign up?
Within an hour of signing up, you should receive an
email from our system, confirming your user name and
password. Please hang onto this email, as it is how
you access the Café.
You will also receive an email with links to your
free signup bonuses.
3. How do I access the Café?
Go to
www.smartwomenscoaching.com/cafe.htm
and enter your username and password into the boxes
on the upper right-hand side. Click “Login Now”, and
you’re in!
4. What if I forget my password?
Go to
www.smartwomenscoaching.com/cafe.htm,
and enter your username…you will receive an email
with your password.
5. How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, login to your user
account. Click on the tab marked “View Your
Membership Information”. On the right-hand side
under Your Payment History will be a list of your
membership payments. Simply click “CANCEL” under
your most recent payment, and you will be
automatically unsubscribed when your payment
expires.
6. What if I don’t receive an email or invitation?
Are they archived?
First of all, make sure you have added
info@smartwomenscoaching.com
to your safe email or “white” list.
All emails sent to Café members are archived. These
include invitations to special events, and
information about upcoming Idea Labs and Café Chats.
You can read these emails by going to the View Your
Membership Information tab, and looking under
Newsletter Archive on the left-hand side.
